Edie Fraser is the national co-chair of the Enterprising Women Foundation, an entrepreneurial business leader, collaborator, advocate, and philanthropist. She serves as chair and the former CEO and a founder of Women Business Collaborative(WBC).

She is a founding member of C200 and sits on its board today. She is a Founder and past CEO of Diversity Best Practices and STEMconnector® and Million Women Mentors(MWM), having worked to get 2.5 million commitments to mentor and sponsor. She is a distinguished figure, known for her extensive contributions to building gender, entrepreneurship, and diversity advocacy, women’s entrepreneurship, public policy, public service, global relations, and philanthropy.

As of May 2024, Edie has received more than 85 major awards. The WBC works alongside some 90 organization partners, sponsors, and individuals, all committed to Action Initiatives, Champions of Change, and Companies of Purpose.

All members of the WBC leadership are proud of the many events, programs, publications, collective leadership, and WBC’s Ringing the Bell for Equality at the New York Stock Exchange. She is a legend for Gender and Diversity-Inclusion and transformational change. work as best exemplified by true leadership in Women’s Organizations and in WBC itself.

Fraser has been inducted into the Enterprising Women Hall of Fame and received the inaugural Enterprising Women Business Icon Award in 2024. She received C200’s Legacy Award for Lifetime of Service Award 2023, the Mosaic Award from Diversity Woman and the Diversity Woman Lifetime Achievement Legacy Award. Seven government agencies have recognized her as well. Her leadership has extended to participating in SCORE and its board of directors and supporting women entrepreneurship within SCORE through annual grants. Edie has also supported women in the political sphere with her emphasis on building and supporting more women as U.S. Senators.

Edie has worked on global issues for decades starting as a Peace Corps Desk Officer for Africa and, hosting a variety of international conferences and as the first woman to chair the World Affairs Council of DC. She is proud of co-producing with Andi Simon and Robyn Spizman Women Mean Business: 500 Insights from 102 Extraordinary Leaders. Their voices fill these pages to help lift others to achieve their personal goals and legacy and all with theme of “Elevate and Celebrate).
