VMR founder and CEO Virginia McGann brings over 25 years’ management experience to our clients. She is a proven leader in managing financial performance and helping clients align their operations to their mission most efficiently and profitably.

Her career has included coaching start-up firms into growth, struggling firms to stronger financial footing, and high performance organizations to even greater results. Virginia works with clients in both the public and private arenas.

She holds an MBA in finance from Loyola University, Chicago, and a BA in English and Spanish from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.
